What if I am not prompted to upload my file(s) or I have additional files to upload?

Please e-mail your file to artwork@colorcopyco.com or click on the link below to upload your files to our website: http://www.kandocopies.com/upload-a-file/

What is the best format to save my file?

High resolution PDF or JPEG files will produce the best results.

What resolution should I save my file?

We suggest at least 300dpi at full size to produce clear crisp copies.

What is the weight of your standard 60lb white paper?

We use 60lb offset as our standard paper because it is thick enough that you can’t see through it but thin enough to fold without cracking.

20lb bond (copy paper) is the same weight and thickness as 50lb offset; 24lb bond (standard letterhead) is the same weight and thickness as 60lb offset; 28lb bond is the same weight and thickness as 70lb offset.

What is the weight of your 80lb gloss paper?

80lb gloss text is the same weight and thickness as a glossy magazine page. It is thick enough that you can’t see through it but thin enough to fold without cracking.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Shipping is never really “free” because UPS, FedEx and USPS charge us to ship our products. Instead of adding shipping to the price and saying it is “free”, we sell our copies at a great price (80% less than Staples, Office Max, Office Depot or FedEx Office) and then charge the cost of shipping.

How do I save my Word document as a PDF file?

  1. Click the Microsoft Office Button, point to the arrow next to Save As, and then click PDF.
  1. In the File Name list, type or select a name for the document.
  1. In the Save as type list, click PDF.
  1. If you want to open the file immediately after saving it, select the Open file after publishing check box.

What is Full Bleed?

Full bleed is required an extra .25” all around when the printed image extends to the edge of the paper. It is necessary for us to print the image on an oversized sheet and trim so there is no white border or margin.
